Just Released Podcast Episode 33- Hurricane Ida Visited New York City Last Week!!

Image
Hello Everyone! I just put the elbow grease into releasing a brand-new Verbally Disastrous Podcast Episode. I gave a verbal picture of my experience last week during Hurricane Ida in New York City. Everything from basements to vehicles were flooded on the block last week. I failed to mention, in the podcast episode, that a guy drove his van down my street the day after the hurricane. He stopped near me and said he couldn't believe that we were all out here cleaning our cars together on the same day. He just assumed that we all decided to randomly clean our cars simultaneously together on the block. I said, "No buddy. Our cars were flooded last night." He looked at me wide eyed, smiled dropped, and he apologized. I said don't worry about it papi. Thanks for the laughs since I needed it. Reading the comment section is new for me. I have realized first hand the level of straight savagry from keyboard warriors on the internet. At some point when I become a

Released New YouTube Videos And Brief Past Week Reflection

Hello Everyone! I certainly hope you enjoyed your Labor Day Weekend if you indeed celebrate it. If you do not celebrate Labor Day, let me know what holiday(s) you do observe in September? I went with friends for part of the weekend down to my friend's house in New Jersey. My holiday plans were ruined because my SUV got impacted by Hurricane Ida on Wednesday. This was two days before I was scheduled to go down to my buddy's efficiency unit that sits just south of the boardwalk at Seaside Heights, New Jersey. I was busy having to remove the buckets of water out of my Honda. I think it may act okay once the water dries fully. The wait to see if it is okay is very stressful. I asked my roommate at the last minute to watch the dog. I had a friend set up as a dog sitter. However, I couldn't travel since I didn't trust my haywire computer in my car. I need to start using a kennel so I don't have to ask anyone to watch my dog and have them attempt to control/limi

Hello Everyone! I sure as hell hope you have been having a way better past few days than I have been enduring?! I know that I have been pounding you with multiple posts within the past few days! I am sure as hell making up for lost time. I am STILL praying that there is not too much water damage in my flooded Honda CRV. As of now, it is still too soon to tell. I have a feeling that I will need to make an insurance claim. My neighborhood, where I am staying, got flooded with about 4 feet of water within a 1.5 to 2 hour time frame last night, courtesy of Hurricane Ida. As of now, the car went from absolutely dead to being ready to start up. I was up until 3AM and had a rough time going to sleep. It was still raining hard early in the AM so I couldn't go out there and work on the car. Working in the dark would also present itself as being a challenge. I was then up early and spent the whole damn day drying out my car and washing the towels used to get rid of water from my

Severe Flooding On The Streets Of NYC!!

Image
Hello Everyone! I know that I am pounding you with posts today! I am sure as hell making up for lost time. I am praying that there is not too much water in my flooded CRV right now. I have to spend tomorrow drying out my car. We just experienced the most crazy rains that I have ever experienced while here in Bayside, Queens. In case you don't know, Queens is one of the five boroughs of New York City. At first, I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw what was going on. I ran out and started filming it and praying that it stopped! Thankfully, my SUV was not totally submerged and I am grateful for that! I have never endured this type of flooding before. Then again, I have lived on a big hill for many years. Here are the videos that I posted tonight. I am waiting for the water to totally receed and then check the damage in my car. Therefore, I may go off the grid again for awhile. I am grateful that no one got hurt. Here are the two videos that were taken a few hours ago

Just Released The 2nd Annual "Bro Vs Bro" Boxing Match On YouTube!

Image
Hello Everyone! My sons Tom and Johnny have decided to start a family tradition with an annual amateur boxing match. The first boxing match was held in the sand at Jones Beach in Long Island, New York. Johnny said it was way harder to box in the sand versus a flat level surface. For the second annual boxing match, they opted to choose the last night of camping to box it out. I was concerned about them breaking the brand new ping pong table while boxing. Thankfully, it remained unharmed. As I mentioned in my previous posts, I chose a camping spot about 3 hours northwest of New York City in Franklin, New York. We had a relatively private spot by a running stream with a good sized plot of land. The size of property was perfect for doing various activities and holding a boxing match. I created the video, using Wondershare Filmora, to document the boxing match. The watermark is not that annoying to me. As a relatively new content creator, I didn't opt to invest in paying f
