I attended my son's varsity football ring ceremony this weekend. Each of the kids got a personalized class ring that are large and heavy. The ring case has a light that turns on when you open the ring box. I'm happy for him that he got in on this moment with his team. He is now lifting weights in the gym during the week and getting ready for the next football season. They have a scrimmage coming up in May. He has football camp in June. As a senior, he will get more playing time so he has to put the work in to get ready. At the very least, he will get conditioned to be in great shape.
